Consultations on existing web sites to improve performance, add information, consider additional features, or discuss revisions and get our recommendations do take time, and are billed a the current rates shown in our "Rates" page.
We did our best not to have to implement these charges, but we've had a steady increase in, in-depth customer consultations not reflecting an increase in web site construction. There are various reasons for this, but we feel the main reason is folks trying to build or maintain their own sites with the help of our experience and expertise. In order to keep our costs down and fair to our current and future customer base, these changes are necessary.
